Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 4 cans*Fresh Zuchinni, quartered and diced, 1 Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedMushrooms, canned, 2 cup or 1 pkg of freshGarlic, 4 clovesGround beef, lean, 6 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedTomato Paste, 0.5 cupOregano, ground, 1 tbspChili powder, 1 tbspRed Kidney Beans, 2 cans
Directions
Brown lean ground beef and add onions, garlic and celery. Saute and add remaining ingredients. Simmer to desired consistancy
