Dairy Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup ripe mashed bananas2 eggs1 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla extract4 tbsp soy milk1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup white flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together banana, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until well blended. Sift together flour baking powder, and soda and add to banana mixture. Mix until moistened. Add pecans and cranberries. Pour mixture into a greased 9X5 bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
