Cincinnati-style Crock Pot Chili

2 2.5oz. packs of Cincinnati Chili mix.2 6oz. cans tomato paste3 lbs. low-fat ground beef (browned and drained)8 cups water1 10oz. can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes & green chilies15oz. can Black Beans (drained & rinsed) - optional1 cup shredded mild Colby or Cheddar cheese
Brown and drain grease from beef. Drain and rinse beans (if used). Put all ingredients (except cheese) into crock pot on High for 2 hours or on Low setting for 4-8 hours.
Serve hot with 1/8 cup shredded cheese sprinkled on top.
