Cinnamon Pan Frances

Ingredients
3/4 cup egg beater1 cup skim milk3 tbsp heavy cream1 tbsp vanilla1 baguette (costco or sam's is where we get ours)
Directions
1. Divide baguette into 8 servings, then slice each serving in half length wise.

2. In a baking dish whisk all ingredients together. Place bread in dish and allow to soak 2-3 minutes per side.

3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and fry slices until browned on each side.

4. serve with your favorite toppings (cinnamon and sugar is my choice, or jam, syrup, etc.
