Beet and Lentil Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
1 cup chopped raw beets3/4 cup sweet potato1/2 cup asparagus1/2 cup quick oats2.5 cups cooked lentils - cook until very soft1 eggBraggs Liquid AminoBlack PepperGarlic PowderGround cumin
Directions
Steam beets, potatoes and asparagus then place into food processor and blend until well blended. Add other ingredients and season.

Make into patties and cook in med high skillet. Can be frozen before or after cooking.
