Amber's Easy Homemade Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients
Basil, 1/2 tsp. Bay Leaf, 1 Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground,1/2 tsp. Pepper, black,1/2 tsp. *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz (chicken breast from the bag are usually 4 oz. each) Swanson Chicken Broth , 100%fat free, 33% less sodium, 8 cups (4-14.5 oz. cans) Chicken Bouillon, 4 cubes Carrots, raw, 1 medium, diced Celery, raw, 2 stalk, diced Onions, raw, 1 small, diced White Rice, long grain, 11/2 cups Water, 8/10 cups (use judgement, the pot should be half full before anything is added to water.)
Directions
Add everything to boiling pot and bring to a roiling boil. Let boil for about 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken, shred, then put back into pot. Let cook on simmer for about another 30 minutes. (total of one hour and fifteen minutes.)
