1/2 Small Banana, Mashed3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites1 tsp. Vanilla1/2 tsp Sweet Leaf Stevia1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Unsweetened Milk2 tsp. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa8g Protein Powder2 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbs. Coconut Flour1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/8 tsp. Baking Soda2 Tbs. Unsweetened Carob ChipsCrumb Topping1 Tbs. Coconut Flour1 tsp. Cocoa1 tsp. Vanilla2 Tbs. Unsweetened Milk
Combine wet ingredients, add in dry ingredients (except for carob chips) and mix until no lumps remain. Pour into prepared baking tin. Top with carob chips. Prepare Crumb Topping and crumble over carob chips.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
