Sweet Pea hummus

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen green peas- 2 pinches of salt- 6 Tbl. lemon juice- 1.5 Tbl. almond butter- 4 cloves of garlic minced- 4 Tbl. EVOO- 8-9 Tbl. water
Directions
Mix the EVOO and the garlic in a small dish, and microwave 20 seconds or so until warm. Dump into the food processor with frozen peas, salt, lemon juice, and almond butter. Mix together until almost combined. While the blades are running, slowly add the water.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 cups - 1/4 cup is a good serving and is only 2 points in weight watchers plus! It is a great veggie dip!
