Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced Mint, fresh 1-2 cupsCoconut Milk, 1 cup Mangos, 1 cup, sliced Raspberries, 2 pint as purchased, yields Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields Pears, fresh, 2 pear, small (approx 3 per lb)Juice all the ingredients!
