Protein Brownie Batter

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oatswater6 tbsp liquid egg whites1 tbsp each sf chocolate syrup, ff hot coca mix, and Hershey's special dark cocoavanilla sf toraninsa almond milkstevia drops to taste/packets of truvia (I use some choc drops and 1 pkt truvia)
Directions
Put the oats in a medium-lg microwave safe bowl and fill up with water just enough to cover the top + 1 cm over.
Microwave for 1 min.
Add 6 tbsp liquid egg whites and microwave for 2 min, stirring occasionally to break up egg that forms.
At the end of the 2 min stir in your sweeteners, some milk (to make it creamy) and your cocoas/chocolates. Microwave for another 30 seconds to incorporate it all and make it gooey and after letting cool for a few, dig in!!

Serving Size: makes 1 serving--so filling I usually turn it into 2!
