Ingredients
8oz ricotta cheese 1 large egg, beaten1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1 teaspoon italian seasoningsalt & pepper (to taste)1/2 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseMix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara over cheese mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it at 450 for about 20-25 minutes. Can be microwaved til hot and bubbly cheesey goodness but baking is best.
