Creamy, lowfat Mac and Cheese

Mac and CheesePasta (Healthy Harvest Rotini)- 10ozShredded Sharp Cheddar (Reduced Fat 2%)- 8ozFat Free Cottage Cheese- 12ozFat Free Sour Cream- 8ozParmesan Cheese- 1/4c2% Milk- 1/2cSalt and Pepper to tasteBreadcrumb Coating:Cheerios (crushed)- 1/2cSpread (Country Crock Light)- 1/4c
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bring large pot of water to a boil, add pasta, cook until done; drain.
Return cooked pasta to pot. Stir together Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Milk, salt and pepper.
In a small bowl miz together Cheerio Breadcrumbs and Spread (melted).
Pour macaroni mixture int a 9x13 baking dish and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1cup servings
