Ingredients
4 cups of water2 cups uncooked quinoa1/4 cup lemon juice1 tsp salt, kosher
Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, turn heat to low. Drop in Quinoa cook for 15-30 minutes. A soon as the tails start coming out of the grain it is done. Splash with lemon juice, and season to taste.

This grain will take on flavor(it doesn't have flavor otherwise)
