Ingredients
1c. shortening1 1/2c. sugar2 eggs2-3 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix shortening, sugar, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Blen together. Roll dough into small balls. Roll balls in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until golden in color.
