Green Chili Cheese Squares

Ingredients
10 Eggs1/2 Cup Salted Butter1 Pint Fat Free Cottage Cheese1 Can Diced Green Chilis1 Can Diced Jalapeno chilis1 Pound Shredded Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese1/2 Cup Whole Grain Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Directions
1. Melt butter and allow to cool.
2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and mix.
3. Add cooled butter to eggs and mix.
4. Add the remainder of ingredients and mix well.
5. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9" X 13" baking dish.
6. Pour mixture into buttered pan and back at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Cool slightly and cut in to 2" squares and serve.

Serving Size: Approximately 24 2" pieces.
