2 Tablespoons olive oil1 cup onion, chopped1 cup mushrooms sliced1 clove garlic 4 cups pasta, cooked2 lbs ground beef2 cups chopped and sliced tomatoes (I have used canned stewed tomatoe if I do not have fresh ones)Watersalt and pepper
Heat oil in pan. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. saute for 5 minutes, add ground beef and cook throughly. While doing this cook pasta as directed. After fully cooked if any grease drain, if not just add tomatoes and any juice, water and salt and pepper. Cook an additional 5 minutes stirring occassionally. Add cooked pasta. Mix together. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Serve. You can also add some parmesan cheese or mozarella when serving.
