Pumpkin Pie Filling - 9" Pie or tarts

1 9" unbaked pie shell / 2 doz tart shells1 14 oz Can Pumpkin1 300 Ml Sweetened Condensed Milk2 Eggs (Large)- spices - (adjust to taste)1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Ginger1 tsp Nutmeg
Pre-heat oven to 450 F
Wisk eggs - add pumpkin spices blend well
Blend in condensed milk
Pour into pie shell / tart shells* see comment below re time.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F then reduce temperataure to 350 F - bake 30-35 minutes more, until knife inserted in centre comes out clean - cool - serve with ice cream / light whipped cream (not in nutritian count)
*(if doing tarts, adjust time accordingly)
Serving Size: Makes 3 cups of filling / 8 1/3 cup servings
