Ingredients
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 stick melted butter16 oz. fat free sour cream1/2 cup chopped onion2 lb (or about 10 cups) shredded hashbrowns, thawed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, and spread in a 9x13 pan. Top with bread crumbs, Corn Flakes or Frosted Flakes (topping not included in nutritional value). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy!
