Low Carb Low Calorie Egg Custard

(5) eggs, beaten1 Cup of 2% milk (or can use half & half, but calories & fat amounts will increase dramatically)1 Cup Water1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg6 Packets of Nectresse (preferred, but is not in database) or 6 Pkts Splenda
Beat eggs, add all other ingredients and beat until well combined. Place (6) custard cups into a larger pan (9x13x2 works well) Pour egg mixture into custard cups, then create water bath by pouring boiling water into larger pan, covering custard cups by at least 1/2. Sprinkle additional nutmeg on top of each cup if desired. Bake in 350°oven for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
