0.14 lb Indian Moong dal 0.5 lb Chickpeas ***0.7 lb Carrots, raw 1 big Onions2 lb Zucchini *** 4 Tbsp Besan Chickpea flour 4 Tbsp Falafel, mix
(1) Soaked the moong and chickpeas beans over night.
(2) Drain the water and put in the food processor with the knife down and make a few pulse until all the chickpea is chopped, the put it in separate bowl.
(3) Put in your food processor the shredded disk and grind the carrots, onion and zucchini. add it to the bowl.
(4) combine all good and add the besam and falafel mix wall.
(5)In a hamburger press put a few Tbsp of the mix and press.
(6) freeze it on tray for 1-2 hours.
(7) Heat a non stick grill pan add cooking spray oil and place the burger.
(8) After 5-7 min you can rotted the burger 90 degree for more 5-7 min then flip it and do the same with or without rotted for 10-12 min.
