Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 165 gramsground Garlic and Herb mixTastic Lamb Vindaloo Curry Cook-In Sauce, 100 gram(s)Onion (spring onions) - 100g (1 = 15g), 10 gram(s)Carrots, raw, 25 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 tomatoOlive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes
Rub ground Garlic and Herb mix and allow to marinade for 2 hours (or overnight)
fry chicken cubes and vegetables in the olive oil
Stir-in Tastic Lamb Vindaloo Curry Cook-In Sauce
Allow to simmer for 10 - 15 mins
Serve hot
