Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats1/3 cup maple syrup1 1/2 cups 2% milk1 tsp baking powder2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup applesauce2 tablespoons butter, melted1/2 tsp salt1 large egg, beatencinnamon to taste1/2 cup blueberries (may substitute raisins, may add nuts)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, blend, cook in pre-sprayed 9 x 9 pan at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
