Low Fat Buttermilk Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup Lowfat Buttermilk4 Tablespoons Light Mayonaise1/2 teaspoon black pepper2 or 3 cloves garlicPinch Seasoned Salt (if desired)1 or 2 Tablespoons water
Directions
Add buttermilk, mayonaise, garlic (minced) and a pinch of seasoned salt (if desired) together and whisk. Then add water to thin. You may wish to add a little extra water, if you want the dressing a bit thinner. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. NOTE: you may wish to start with 2 cloves of garlic and add the third if desired.
