Apple Cinnamon Spiced Carrot cupcakes with Frosting

1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix2 tbs flour1 3/4 cup water3 large egg whites1/2 Cup Golden Raisins2 oz chopped pecans1 med. Granny Smith Apple cut into bite size pieces1 cup shredded carrots1 can Betty Crocker Whipped cream cheese frosting
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl with a mixer on low speed for about 30seconds until moist then on med speed for about 2 minutes. Mix in by had the apples, carrots, raisins, and pecans. Distribute evenly into 36 cupcake liners. Bake at 350 for 18-21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
