Ingredients
3 cups of Chopped Cooked Turkey (light meat)5 Tbsp of Light Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing 5 Tbsp Light Mayo1 Tomato (chopped)2 Celery Stalk (chopped)3 Tbsp Chopped Onion1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (to taste)1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning (to taste)Dash of PepperDash of Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Makes 24 oz. or 3 cups. I consider a single serving to be 2 oz or 1/4 cup.

I use one of those dipping sauce containers you see in restuarants that houses ketchup, honey mustard and other various dipping sauces (they sell them at Walmart too).

These measure exactly 2 oz.

Great on two pieces of whole wheat bread or as a snack with crackers.

I like to also take a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber on a sandwich as well. Yumm.

I used plain yogurt to cut some of the calories down. instead of the dressing and added bell peppers, also used canned tomatoes. Taste great would make this again and again. - 3/4/10

Very good flavor! I left the tomato out, thinking it would save better, but other than that I followed your instructions and was very pleased. Thanks. - 1/17/09
