Savory Chicken Soup

Ingredients
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken breasts1 1/2 Cup Egg Noodles (or more, depending on preference)1 Tbsp chopped raw Onion1/4 Cup diced celery3 tbsp chopped carrots (can be changed for preference)1 tsp ground Thyme1 tsp dried rosemary1 Dash Black Pepper1 bay leaf WHOLE
Directions
1. Place chicken into a large pot and cover with water, making sure to have plenty of water in the pot.

2. Add chopped onion, diced celery, and chopped carrots to the pot.

3. Add Thyme, Rosemary, Pepper, and bay leaf.

4. Bring to a boil, and let cook for 10 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked.

5. Add Egg Noodles, and follow directions for cooking time on package.

6. Add any more seasoning as needed, and, using scissors, cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

7. Remove bay leaf and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 9 1 1/2-cup servings.
