Applesauce Granola

Ingredients
2 1/2 C oatmeal1 C sliced almonds1/2 C shredded coconut1/4 C brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 C unsweetened applesauce1 Tbsp Canola oil1 Tbsp honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 300
Mix oatmeal, almonds, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan, warm the applesauce, oil, and honey
over low heat.
Mix the applesauce mixture into the oat mixture and stir to coat everything. Spread into a 9 X 13 baking pan
Bake for 45-50 min, stirring every 10 min, until the granola is a deep brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.
