Almost Pancakes, Crepes (?)

Ingredients
2 fresh eggs100g 0% Plain Greek yogurt2 cups flour4 teaspoons of sugar (or to taste)1 tsp (or less) salt1¾ cups milk
Directions
Mix ingredients together, butter pan and put a ladle full of batter into middle of pan. Let cook until it's done, then flip it over for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite topping.

This makes a lot off batter. In my apartment with 4 girls we ate a full breakfast and had extra left over.
