French Vanilla Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
Stonyfield Farm Organic Plain Whole Milk Yogurt, 4 cups Stonyfield Organic Oikos Greek Yogurt (plain), 4 cups Organic Whole Milk, 1 cup Oganic Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cups Egg Yolk, 8 large Honey, 1/4 cup Liquid sweet leaf stevia, 1.5 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract, 2 Tbsp.Almond Extract, 1.5 tsp.
Directions
In double boiler, over simmering water, make custard using heavy cream, whole milk, and 8 egg yolks. Cook until coats a spoon. Chill thoroughly.
In large mixing bowl, using stand mixer and whisk attachment, combine yogurts, vanilla extract, almond extract, stevia, honey. Mox thoroughly. Add custard base. Beat until well-combined and somewhat lighter. Chill until ready to freeze in ice cream maker.
Prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. In most small freezers, will require freezing in two or three batches. Makes about 10.5 cups ice cream mixture, just about 2.5 quarts French Vanilla Yogurt Ice Cream.
