Chicken Goulash

Ingredients
5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves3 tbs olive oil1 medium onion, finely chopped1 can reduced sodium pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 can reduced sodium garbanzos (chick peas), rinsed and drained1 can reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained1 can Benita's mexican style corn2 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, mild1 can artichoke hearts, drained and finely choppedseasonings to tasteI used Ella's Artichoke Parmesan Dip Mix, chicken seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, and a little seasoning salt
Directions
cook chicken how you like; I diced mine up really small while it was still mostly frozen, then cooked it in the skillet over med-hi heat with the olive oil and diced onion. This made a lot of the juice run out, though, thus giving me chicken soup. Transfer to a large kettle and add the remaining ingredients. Heat until simmering.
