All-Purpose Flour- 1.75 CGranulated Sugar- 6 TSPBaking Powder- 2 TSPBaking Soda- .5 TSPSalt- .25 TSPEgg White- 1 WhiteSkim Milk- 1.5 CApple Sauce- 3 TBSPVinegar (optional)- 1.5 TBSP
Mix milk and vinegar, let sit 5 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix milk, egg whites, and apple sauce in a separate, smaller bowl.
Combine smaller bowl into larger bowl and mix until lumpy. Then cook at about 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 minutes.
