Ingredients
Beef, ground chuck, 1.3 lb *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 10 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped coursely Chili powder, 6 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Canned Tomatoes, 7 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *beef boullion cube, 2 serving
Directions
Brown & drain ground chuck in stock pot, reserving broth if desired. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer at least one hour stirring about every 10 minutes.
