Ingredients
3C oats3/4C raw pumpkin seeds3/4C raw sunflower seeds3/4C blanched almonds1/2-1Tbs Cinnamon1/4tsp saltMix dry ingredients together.Separately mix together liquids:1/2-1C honey and pancake syrup 1Tbs olive oil
Directions
Combine dry mix and liquid mix altogether until moist. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 325* for 30 min, stirring every 10min.
