Greek Spaghetti

Ingredients
PASTA2 oz gluten-free spaghetti1/4 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp sea salt1 tbsp Parmesan cheese1 tbsp feta cheeseSAUTE5 black olives, halved and chopped1/4 can organic diced tomatoes1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp lemon juice1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine the onion, tomatoes, and olives in a non-stick pan and saute on medium heat. Once the onions are becoming soft, add the lemon juice and seasonings. Cook until well-heated, stirring occasionally.
Add Parmesan, oil, salt, and pepper to drained pasta and mix well. Combine with saute mixture and top with feta.
