Cinnamon Banana pancakes

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed (use a ziplock baggie)1 cup of milk1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp grapeseed oil1 cup of flour3 tsp brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt
Directions
heat griddle to 350

combine bananas, milk, egg, vanilla and oil. In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix dry mix into wet mix (I do 1/3 at a time)

Once mixed, scoop 1/4 cup servings of batter onto skillet. Heat until bubbles form all over the pancake. Flip and heat for additional minute.

Serving Size: makes 12 1/4 cup pancakes
