Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs chopped broccoli - fresh or frozen4 qts. water1 tsp. curry powder2 lb. Velveeta made with 2% - cubed2 sticks of butter - cubed1 small diced onionDash of pepper3 C. milk1 1/3 C. flour4 Bay leaves
Directions
Combine water, broccoli, curry powder, bay leaves, chicken soup base, pepper and onion. Bring to a low boil and simmer until broccoli is tender. Add Velveeta and butter. Stir until melted. Mix together milk and flour. Slowly add to soup to thicken.
Makes about 18 - 1 1/2 cup servings
