3 bags kroger veg. soup mix (frozen)12oz. sirloin steak1 cup tomato juice2 boxes swanson beef broth (less sodium)lipton onion soup mixminced garlic (1 clove)Mrs Dash (steak sesoning and table blend)celery salt
Add 3 bags of frozen vegetables,packet of onion soup mix and 1 box of beef broth to a large pot on Medium heat. Trim extra fat off of the steak and cut into small pieces. Drop steak into pot of boiling broth, and reduce to a simmer. After the meat is cooked, add in an additional 1/4 - 1/2 of broth and 1 cup of tomato juice. Add spices to taste and let simmer until you are ready to serve. The longer it simmers the better!
Serving Size: makes 5 large bowls of soup (3 ladles per bowl)
