6 oz portabella mushrooms, sliced1 can of quarted artichoke hearts, not in oil2 tbsp balsamic vinager2 cups chopped cucumbers1 cup cherry tomatoes2 cups shredded romaine lettuce4 tbsp light italian dressing4 low carb wraps2 oz feta cheese
sautee the mushrooms and artichoke hearts in the balsamic vinager till mushrooms are soft. combine the rest of the ingredients in a wrap and enjoy!
