Vegan "Cheesy" Cream of Wheat

Ingredients
3/4 c cream of wheat2.25 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk1.75 cup water (totaling 4 c fluid - for fewer calories, use only water; for creamier cereal, use only soy milk)5 TBSP nutritional yeast (more for "cheesier" taste)
Directions
Bring milk/water and salt to a boil; whisk in cream of wheat. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes or longer, remove from heat and add nutritional yeast. Enjoy by itself, or with stewed or fresh tomatoes and beans.
