Bermuda Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 onion- rough chopped2/3 c. splenda or stevia in the raw1 tsp salt3/4 c. olive or canola oil1/3 c. cider vinegar1/2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. celery seed1 tbs. dijon or spicy mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve over a bed of Spinach with chopped boiled egg whites and crumbled turkey bacon.
