Frozen Stir fry Vegetables 16 oz bag1 Chicken BreastLow Sodium Soy SauceRice vinegarGarlic SaltSteviaBroccoliChicken stock WaterCorn starch
Cut up chicken into thin strips and place into wok or deep pan strayed with canola cooking spray. Cook over med high until chicken is browned. Add in cooking Sherry, Stevia and Rice Vinegar. Cook chicken until it is done and add in a bag of Stir Veg and the head of broccoli. Pour over the Chicken Stock and continue to cook until Vegetables are tender. Mix water and corn starch together. Pour in mixture and continue to cook until sauce has thickened. Serve over rice
