cream of broccoli and cheese

Ingredients
1 large onion chopped1 tbsp celery seed3 cups chicken broth5 cups broccoli2 cups coconut milk2cups nonfat cottage cheese2 cups cheddar cheese
Directions
chop onion and put into Stockport with celery seed and 3 tbsp broth. Cook until tender. Add broccoli and simmered 10 min. Or until broccoli is soft. Put everything into a blender (or use an imersable blender). Blend until smooth. Return to Stockport and and milk and cheeses. Simmer 20min. Enjoy.
