SRBC CranOrange Bread

2-3/4 cup flour2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1 C. mandarin oranges, drain and reserve liquid2 C. craisins3/4 C. milk3/4 C. Sour cream1 t. vanilla1 t. extract1 3/4 C. white sugar1/4 t. baking soda1/2 C. melted butter2 eggs
Put craisins in a bowl and pour mandarin orange liquid over them
Combine first 5 ingredients, stir to mix, add melted butter mix til looks crumbly
Drain craisins and add into mixture with oranges.
Whisk eggs, milk, sour ream add both extracts, mix into dry ingredients until just blended. Divide into 2 greased pans, bake 40-50 minutes. Cool about 10 min in pan, then on wire racks
