Lean LSA & Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
4 tbsp LSA, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1/4 cup fresh coriander, 1 raw egg, 1 finely diced onion500gms lean turkey mince1/4 cup cooked couscousdash of cumin powder, garamasala,cardamon or other spice to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients together well, shape into patties and cook slowly until cooked through - shallow fry/grill/BBQ
