Ingredients
1 pound Chicken Breast (4 pieces) boneless/skinless2 Tbsp 'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light Spread1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade1/2 Cup Orange Juice2 tsp Ground Mustard1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce2 Tbsp Corn Starch
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet
Cook chicken 15 minutes, turning once
Mix all other ingredients in bowl
Move chicken to plate and drain juices from skillet
Pour liquid ingredients into skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until glaze starts to thicken.

Pour over chicken.

Side Suggestions: Brown Rice & French Style Green Beans
