Ingredients:Kale, 2 cup, chopped1/2 cup cooked QuinoaMushrooms, fresh, 3 small two packets bullion (chicken or shromp taste best)Tofu, soft, .5 cup (1/2" cubes)3 cups water
Mix all ingredients but quinoa with about 3 cups water, boil gently for 15 minutes. Add Quinoa in last five minutes, or just before serving.
Serving Size: two servings (very satisfying if you eat both!)
