Jumbo Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
2 jumbo eggs1 pinch salt.25 tsps of dried dill1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Add 1 tsp of EVOO to pan. Turn on flame on lowest setting. Add dill to oil. Crack to eggs and add to pan. Scramble in pan adding pinch of salt. Scramble and cook until eggs are cooked through. By cooking on low flame, scrambled eggs will be soft and tender.
