Light Curry Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 large carrots dices2 ribs celery diced1/4 c butter1 onion diced3/4 c + 2 T flour2 12oz can fat free evaporated milk1 c half and half1.5 t curry3 c chopped cooked chicken breast 2 c cooked brown rice
Directions
melt butter, sautee carrots, celery and onion for 2 minutes. sprinkle and stir in flour mix in in curry. slowly add in milk and half and half bring to a boil cook 2 minutes or until thickened. add chicken and rice bring to boil then simmer for about 10 minutes until veggies are tender
