Ingredients
Fresh Bean SproutsFresh clean DandelionFresh Sliced MushroomsSliced Red PepperGoji BerriesHemp Seeds (roasted)Acai JuiceHoneyRed Wine VinegarOlive OilGarlic S&P
Directions
Roast hemp seeds in oven (5-7mins) allow to cool. In blender mix: Acai, Honey, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic & S&P, slowly add in Oil set aside. In large bowl add, fresh bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, fresh dandelion, sliced red pepper, goji berries and cooled hemp seeds. Top with dressing and toss.
