Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili

Ingredients
6 - 8 small peppers (tiny and sweet) diced1 onion, diced6 small sweet potatoes, diced2 cans diced tomatoes with juice1 packet chili seasoning1 can drained black beans2 cans drained red beans3 cans water1 clove garlic1 jalepeno pepper, minced1/2 teaspoon red pepper1/3 cup whole-wheat couscous
Directions
combine all ingredients except couscous in slow cooker and cook on high for 5 - 6 hours or potatoes are cooked all the way through.

When there is about an hour left, add the couscous. If chili is not soupy, add 1/2 c water with the couscous
